Susan E. Harris Centered Riding on Facebook

A fellow blogger wrote about a successful  Centered Riding clinic she hosted and reminded me how much I like a lot of the CR concepts.  I have both books, but I thought I’d look around and see what was available for free.  On Facebook Susan E. Harris has a page you can follow with all sorts of interesting posts about rider and horse biomechanics and anatomy.  I especially like the weekly lessons on topics like centering, half-halts, rider crookedness and etc.  The page is truly a treasure trove of illustrations and explanations.  One nice thing is that if you find something you will want to come back to you can put it in your saved items on FB for easy reference.

Wonderful and free.  Check it out!
